We are seeking experienced Lead Software Engineers / Tech Leads to drive technical excellence and mentor teams within a dynamic product-driven environment. This role is 50% hands-on coding, 50% leadership and management, lead a team of 15 engineers, including QE’s & PO’s.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team, fostering technical growth and innovation

Maintain a balance between hands-on development and team leadership

Deliver high-quality solutions using React.js and Node.js

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development

Upskill engineers, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture
