Location: Hybrid (x3 days from Sheffield)
We are looking for an experienced Oracle DBA to manage and support enterprise Oracle database environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and disaster recovery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Performance Tuning, and RMAN Backup & Recovery within mission-critical production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle databases across production, test, and development environments.
- Configure and support Oracle RAC and Oracle Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Perform database performance tuning using AWR, ASH, ADDM, SQL tuning, and execution plan analysis.
- Design and manage RMAN backup, recovery, restoration, and disaster recovery processes.
