The Enterprise Security Architect will drive engineering excellence across DevSecOps, Cyber Security, embedding secure‑by‑design principles, standardisation, automation, and DevOps best practices. The role partners closely with Cyber Engineering, Architecture, and Product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable security capabilities across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive engineering excellence across DevSecOps, Cyber, promoting standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Embed security engineering best practices across teams, defining clear processes, tools, and patterns.
- Define security requirements that meet regulatory controls while enabling usability and operational efficiency.
- Design and promote standard build and deployment pipelines across Cyber Security.
- Champion reuse‑first architecture, enabling “build once, use many times” solutions.
Skills & Experience
- Strong DevSecOps and security engineering expertise, both hands‑on and at design level.
- Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience leading engineering improvement initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of secure systems engineering, architecture governance, and compliance.
