We are seeking an experienced Crisis Major Incident Manager with a proven track record in handling P1 (Priority 1) incidents in fast-paced enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the resolution of critical incidents, ensuring minimal business impact, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience managing Crisis Major Incidents (P1 level) end-to-end.
- Lead and coordinate the management of Priority 1 (P1) and high-severity incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Act as the incident commander during major disruptions and crisis situations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure.
