Required experience and capabilities:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure projects/programmes (multi-team, multi-vendor, high dependency).
- Strong, methodical project management discipline: planning, governance, RAID, dependency management, and delivery reporting.
- Excellent infrastructure knowledge across core domains (compute, storage, network, OS/platform services, resilience, monitoring).
- Demonstrable experience managing cutovers, migrations, or major infrastructure changes with minimal service disruption.
- Strong stakeholder management with evidence of influencing decisions at senior levels.
- Comfortable operating in regulated environments with strong controls and audit expectations.
