Contract Business Development Recruitment Consultant – Financial & Banking Sector HOK Consulting is a leading IT Consulting firm , and we’re on the hunt for a BD person who knows how to win big in the financial and banking industry. Work from home full-time (shared office space available if preferred) ✔️ 28 days holiday plus bank holidays each year ✔️ Quarterly bonuses worth up to £4k per quarter ✔️ Work with top-tier clients like HSBC, Lloyds Banking, LSEG, Barclays, Citi Bank Contract recruitment experience is a must – NOT permanent recruitment UK-based role only (not offshore) 5k (based on experience, capability & billing history) Proven experience in managing and expanding client accounts Worked remotely the majority of the time in previous roles Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus!
