Business Analyst, Compliance and Regulatory

Job Title: Business Analyst (Private Equity-eFront focused) Duration: long-term contract Location: Hybrid (x3 days per week to London) Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in private equity/private markets, focusing on front office implementation with eFront . Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with front office teams to understand and document business requirements for deal origination, execution, and investment management workflows. Design and implement solutions for portfolio management processes, including risk, analytics, performance, and attribution reporting specific to private equity and alternative investments. Lead the setup and ongoing optimization of investment vehicle structures, ensuring operational readiness for new funds and investments. Oversee and coordinate pre- and post-deal compliance processes, including regulatory checks, KYC, and documentation.
