An established and growing contractor within the social housing and property services sector is looking to appoint an experienced Bid Writer to join their successful work-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented writer with experience in public sector, repairs, maintenance, refurbishment or decarbonisation bids to play a key role in securing long-term frameworks and contracts.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality, compelling written content for PQQs, ITTs and framework submissions, working closely with operational and commercial teams to create winning bids.
Key Responsibilities:- Writing and coordinating bid submissions from start to finish
- Producing engaging, clear and compliant tender responses
- Managing bid content libraries and case studies
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather technical information
- Ensuring submissions are completed to strict deadlines
- Previous Bid Writing experience within construction, social housing, repairs or maintenance
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Experience working on public sector tenders/frameworks
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
