Projekt: Mayday Files – Hinter den Kulissen der Flugunfalluntersuchung. Ein Audio- und Video-Podcast an der Schnittstelle von True Crime, Luftfahrt und Forensik. Ziel ist es, in den kommenden Jahren Benchmark & Marktführer im Bereich Aviation-Safety-Podcasts im deutschsprachigen Raum zu werden – mit internationalem Roll-out (Englisch) nach ca. 6–12 Monaten.
Wir suchen dich als Video & Visual Storyteller, der/die unsere Inhalte visuell stark, sauber und markenbildend umsetzt.
Responsibilities / Aufgaben
- Postproduktion der Video-Podcast-Folgen (Mehrkamera-Schnitt, Synchronisation mit finalem Master-Audio)
- Zusammenführung von mehreren Kameraperspektiven zu einer professionellen Videoidentität
- Setzen von Schnittpunkten, Perspektivwechseln entlang Dramaturgie (Inhalt, Stimmung, Reaktionen)
- Integration von „Alex“ (Faktenstimme) – z. B. über Einblendungen, Titel, Infotafeln ggf. einfache Motion-Grafiken / Visual Overlays
- Initiale Erstellung von Signature Visuals (Video-Intro und Video-Outro)
- Wiederkehrende Bauchbinden / Namenseinblendungen
- Visuelles Framework mit hohem Wiedererkennungswert (Brand-Look)
- Feinschliff & Qualitätssicherung (Color Grading & Farbkorrektur)
- Bereinigung störender Reflexionen (z. B. entspiegelte Brillen, Hotspots, Lichtreflexe – soweit sinnvoll)
- Saubere Bildkomposition ohne visuelles Rauschen
- Optional/perspektivisch: Kurzschnitte für Reels & Promos (Social Media)

Profil / Qualifikationen
- Du bist Studierende:r (z. B. Film, Medien, Digital Art, Multimedia, Video Editing, Kommunikationsdesign) oder Young Professional.
- Sehr sicher im Umgang mit einer gängigen Schnittsoftware (z. B. DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Podcast-Video, Talk-Formate oder Interview-Formate oder YouTube-/Social-Video mit Fokus auf Story & Rhythmus.
- Gespür für Bildkomposition, Licht & Farbe; Detailorientierung (Reflexionen, störende Elemente, unschöne Frames sind zu korrigieren).
- Künstlerischer Geschmack und Freude an subtiler Gestaltung (kein bunter Overload).
- Deutsch ist Pflicht; Englisch ist ein Plus (Launch geplant).
- Strukturiertes, termintreues, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, offen für Feedback und iterative Verbesserung.
Rahmenbedingungen
- Anstellung: geringfügige Beschäftigung oder Freelance (nach Vereinbarung)
- Arbeitsort: 100 % remote / Homeoffice – ergebnisorientiert, nicht zeitstempelorientiert
- Workload: 2 Episoden pro Monat à 45–50 Minuten (Video-Finalisierung); zusätzliche Aufgaben (Reels, Teaser, Anpassungen) nach Vereinbarung
