What does a UK Head of revenue do at Hogarth?
This role is based in London and will be focused on driving best practice across the Uk revenue process including IFRS15
This role will report directly into the UK CFO
You will work closely with the business and the global commercial & finance team
- Drive best practice in line with IFRS15 on all revenue related Audit controls
- Delivering IFRS training for finance and non finance staff
- Deep dive of client relationships, revenue streams and Master Service Agreements, ensuring diligence in the preparation of IFRS15 assessments
- Escalation point for IFRS15 queries and revenue recognition
- Drive/implement controls to improve job profitability
- Key contact with Auditors on Revenue controls, Sox, YE and stats.
- Involvement in forecasting process
- Improve ways of working.
- Support systems roll out
- Other adhoc projects
Requirements:
- Excellent communicator with strong technical skills and a commercial mindset
- Experience in compliance reviews and audits.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and guidelines, with the ability to create and
- implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Ability to identify areas of risk and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence financial best practice.
