Hogarth is looking for a strategic and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and support corporate function business units globally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insight, partnering with senior stakeholders, and playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across a fast‐paced, international organisation.

What You'll Do
- Own and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for corporate function business units
- Analyse month‐end variances versus forecast and prior year, driving accountability and cost‐saving initiatives
- Support annual budgeting, corporate planning cycles, rolling forecasts, and long‐term financial models
- Track and analyse key performance metrics including NS Growth %, NB %, SCR %, OPPB, raises, churn, and other KPIs to deliver cohort‐based insights on retention and expansion
- Perform revenue and cost analysis to support accurate revenue recognition, margin analysis, and month‐ and year‐end close processes
- Prepare clear financial reports, dashboards, and ad‐hoc analysis for executives and senior leadership
- Assist with executive presentations and the monthly executive reporting package
- Partner with senior leadership and Hogarth offices worldwide, supporting the CFO with monthly forecasts and annual budgets
- Contribute to and support internal financial control processes across forecast, budget, P&L, and pro‐forma reporting
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (ACA / ACCA / CFA progression is a plus)
- Strong financial modelling skills with experience handling large or complex data sets
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence using PowerPoint and Word
- A confident communicator who can translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
- Naturally curious, detail‐driven, and able to think critically and influence stakeholders
