  • Support shaping the strategy and structure of RFP responses in alignment with client objectives and WPP Production’s offer.
  • Write and edit sections of client-facing content, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment to the overall narrative.
  • Coordinate contributors to ensure all inputs are aligned, high quality and delivered on time.
  • Ensure all outputs are cohesive, on-brand and delivered to a high standard.
  • Brief and coordinate supporting assets such as video, pitch collateral and presentation materials.
  • Contribute to the development and writing of case studies, credentials and reusable content.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pitch processes, efficiency and ways of working.
  • Mentor and support New Business Executives, helping to raise standards across the team.
  • Represent WPP Production in internal and external meetings, acting as an ambassador for the Growth Team.
