Senior Growth Manager The role The Senior Growth Manager plays a central role in driving WPP Production's growth, leading pitch responses, RFP's submissions and client presentations that clearly articulate our value and deliver winning results.

This role blends strategic thinking with strong project leadership.

You'll help define the strategic approach for each opportunity, ensuring the story, structure, and positioning of every response reflect WPP Production's proposition and competitive advantage.

You'll balance creative flair with commercial understanding — able to explain how our operational model works, why it's effective, and what it delivers for clients.

Develop cohesive and compelling narratives that bring together strategy, operations, and creative thinking into a unified client story.

Support the ongoing development of case studies, marketing collateral, and credentials materials.

Ensure the New Business Growth Hub is up to date with high-quality content that adheres to brand guidelines.

Requirements Advertising experience/Production background is preferable Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives.

Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and large volumes of content across stakeholders.
