What does a Senior Talent Partner do at Hogarth?
As an expert in the industry, the Senior Talent Partner will recruit exceptional talent for freelance, permanent and FTC roles on one of the agency’s biggest accounts, an iconic tech brand. You will search for great new hires across roles such as project management, client services, design, creative, content, operations, finance, and more. You will also work on recruitment projects during quieter periods, focusing on areas such as ED&I, benchmarking, employer branding, market and competitor analysis.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders:
This role reports to the EU Talent Lead and works closely with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand business requirements and recruit accordingly, challenging requirements where necessary with recruitment expertise.
- Design, build and execute diverse and strategic sourcing strategies for active searches and pipelining.
- Prioritize inclusion by developing approaches to bring diverse talent into the business and advocating for inclusion.
- Monitor the external labour market to identify talent hotspots and scarcity, adapting approaches as needed.
- Execute passive candidate sourcing, networking, associations/pools, affiliations, websites, Boolean searches and job board mining.
- Provide talent market insights and competitive intelligence to enable the Talent team and hiring managers to stay informed.
- Build and maintain relationships with a network of talented people for current and future roles.
- Act as the market expert for defined business areas, providing regular market updates on conditions, skill gaps and technology changes.
- Ensure our EVP is compelling through attraction and selection strategies and advertising across channels.
- Utilise and manage social media for direct recruitment to enhance our Employer Brand.
- Manage offers and coordinate contracts and start dates with HR, including salary negotiations.
- Champion candidate experience and ensure a high-quality recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Extensive recruitment experience within the agency / marketing / creative industry, including freelance, permanent and FTC roles.
- Demonstrable leadership skills and a role model for the team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with varying volumes of roles, including headhunting for niche briefs.
- Proficient interviewer with experience in competency and behavioural-based interviewing.
- Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders on multiple tasks.
- Critical thinker able to analyse data to identify patterns, trends and insights.
- Technically savvy with the ability to use relevant systems and reporting tools, including ATS.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building relationships at all levels with integrity.
- Organised and able to document all parts of the recruitment process effectively.
- Proactive, hands-on, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
- Gravitas in communication with strong listening and influencing abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work at pace without compromising quality.
