An opportunity to join Hogarth UK’s Talent Acquisition team, where we’re all about building awesome and diverse teams across Hogarth.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be a talent-finding expert, and a true partner to your business Functions, Divisions and Departments. But it’s not just about external hires - you’ll also play a role in identifying and nurturing talent within Hogarth, helping employees grow and take on new challenges. You’ll own the entire 360 recruitment process, from briefing and initial search, to the final "Welcome to the team!". Building strong relationships with hiring managers and making sure they and candidates have a great experience is key.
If you’re passionate about talent (both inside and outside the company) and have experience hiring for different skills at all levels within Client Services, Production, Overheads area, Digital, VFX you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance. Partnering with HR Business Partners as well as with the wider People Team.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies to attract a wide range of qualified candidates, including active and passive candidates. Build talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing Hogarth’s employer brand through social media and other channels.
- Market Intelligence: Provide talent market insights and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate data within our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting for advertising, media, or production industries either in an agency or in-house environment is a MUST.
- Previous experience recruiting for Client Services (essential) Production and Finance (desirable) roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is a MUST.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adept at competency-based interviewing.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred).
