The Hogan Lovells\' Citizenship agenda comprises four programmes:(1) Pro Bono(2) Community Investment(3) Touch (our global matched giving programme)(4) SustainabilityOur Pro Bono Practice is split into two main disciplines:1. Corporate advice to charities and social enterprises.This work allows our lawyers to use their fee earning practices to work with some inspirational organisations, creating lasting social change.2. Access to Justice and Rule of Law projects.These projects provide advice to some of the most vulnerable members of society, who would not ordinarily have access to justice. We also work with charities and social welfare lawyers to further access to justice and the rule of law, across the globe. This work is primarily litigation, research or advice based work, allowing our trainees to develop those skill and our litigation lawyers to use their litigation, negotiation and research skills to provide access to justice and create a social impact.**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities*** Diary Management / Coordination + Diary management for the Pro Bono and wider Citizenship team. Managing the Pro Bono Partner’s global diary that regularly changes in response to developing issues. + Managing day to day coordination for HL BaSE, including training, catalyst and reports + Create rotas for the team and events + Records budget expenditure and reconciles the budgets.* Correspondence + Preparing internal and external communications including Engagement letters* Comms/other projects + Support with publicity and copy material for press/events e.g. creating the content for the Responsible Business Party.
