Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financing advice and support for infrastructure, energy, resources and project finance transactions across domestic, European and international markets.
  • Lead transactions as appropriate and report directly to the supervising partner.
  • Manage project deliverables and deadlines, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with legal developments and participate in relevant training and professional development activities.
  • Pay careful attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Demonstrate financial awareness, monitor budgets and manage associated costs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.

Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of post‑qualification experience in infrastructure or project finance, or an equivalent mix of related experience.
  • Strong academic background – minimum 2.1 degree.
  • Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
  • Proactive technical ability with a solid understanding of the legal principles relevant to the role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and the capacity to understand and meet client commercial goals.
