Key Responsibilities
- Provide financing advice and support for infrastructure, energy, resources and project finance transactions across domestic, European and international markets.
- Lead transactions as appropriate and report directly to the supervising partner.
- Manage project deliverables and deadlines, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Stay up‑to‑date with legal developments and participate in relevant training and professional development activities.
- Pay careful attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Demonstrate financial awareness, monitor budgets and manage associated costs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.
Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of post‑qualification experience in infrastructure or project finance, or an equivalent mix of related experience.
- Strong academic background – minimum 2.1 degree.
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
- Proactive technical ability with a solid understanding of the legal principles relevant to the role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and the capacity to understand and meet client commercial goals.
