**Department** Finance
The London Finance function comprises approximately 75 staff. The primary departments are Billing, Cash Office, Partners Matters and taxation, Financial Systems and Reporting. The department is responsible for handling all financial matters in respect of the London Office and the co-ordination of financial affairs of the offices comprising the International LLP. The team consists of 4 eBilling analysts, 6 eBilling assistants and 2 eBilling administrators.
**Working Hours** 35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Our approach to hybrid working allows for up to 40% of time working from home and 60% working in the office, please contact a member of the recruitment team to discuss further.
**Role Overview** The primary focus of this role will be implementation and maintenance of eBilling Client rates within our finance system, eBilling platforms and eBillingHub, identifying process improvements within the whole eBilling rates process. You will be required to work closely with Clients, Partners, Pricing and Business Development.
**Key Responsibilities** Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services. All members of the firm participate in our Responsible Business program.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and local office representatives regarding the requirements for eBilling rates and agreements.
- Ensure timely completion of eBilling rate implementations for new rate deals, transitioning Clients to eBilling, new FE’s to eBilling and new Clients.
- Troubleshoot initial invoice uploading problems relating to rates issues and escalate to vendors those that cannot be resolved internally.
- Document eBilling system rates setup details and uploading procedures or secure and collate relevant files for the reference of users.
- Building a comprehensive knowledge of the eBilling software solutions and how these interfaces with the Practice Management System.
- Expert knowledge of the range electronic billing systems formats including LEDES 1998b, 1998bi, xml 2.1, xml 2000.
- Attend training from time to time, both in terms of technical training and personal development. This may be product related e.g. eBillingHub, or cultural / soft skills training.

- Strong prior experience in an eBilling role.
- Sound understanding of commonly used Legal eBilling Vendors.
- Keen attention to details and effective organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demand.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction, follow up on own initiative.
