- Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 9:30 am‑5:30 pm; additional hours may be required. Flexible and hybrid working are available, with up to 40% remote work.
Role Overview
The Data Assistant supports the M&BD team in business development and marketing across fast‑paced areas of law, focusing on the launch of the firm’s global Experience Management System – Foundation. Responsibilities include compiling, reviewing and cleansing experience records across a range of global practice areas to create a consistent dataset that will support pitching, credentials lists, PR opportunities and market profiling through legal directories and league tables.
Skills & Experience
- Law degree.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint) and Excel.
- Understanding of the legal market, corporate and finance product areas, and the commercial world.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and data‑management ability.
- Effective project‑management skills: planning ahead, prioritising conflicting demands, and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrates a keen interest in self‑development and initiative.
- Team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
