- Lead procurement and contract management activities across the entire project, ensuring strategies are commercially robust, bankable, and aligned with project objectives.
- Build, lead, and develop a team of procurement and contracts managers and legal advisors.
- Own procurement schedules, key decision points, and reporting to support safe, timely, and cost‑effective project delivery.
- Lead high‑value supplier engagement, negotiations, contract award recommendations, and final contract close‑out.
- Work closely with technical, legal, commercial, finance, project leadership, and external stakeholders to secure strong project outcomes.
- Promote consistency, best practice, and knowledge sharing across packages, projects, and the wider global procurement community.
Your experience:
- Significant procurement and contracts leadership experience in complex infrastructure, ideally offshore wind, renewable energy, energy, marine, or major construction.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing procurement activities across large‑scale, multi‑package projects.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and ability to manage risk, value, quality, and schedule in complex project environments.
- Ability to work confidently across technical, legal, commercial, and project interfaces.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the presence and credibility to influence internally and externally.
- Knowledge of offshore wind supply chains, major construction packages, vessel contracting, electrical systems, steel structures, or floating offshore wind would be highly valuable.
- Fluency in English, with strong communication and presentation skills in an international environment.
