As we enter an exciting growth phase, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead a performance‑focused plan that strengthens our brand, builds demand, and supports showroom, aftersales and e‑commerce growth.
You’ll join an engaged, forward‑thinking team and work directly alongside the CEO to accelerate delivery of our digital marketing plan. You’ll leverage our highly valuable customer database, build on our social channels and advertising, and develop new routes to market through Meta Shop and Google product listings (Merchant Center).
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver our digital marketing plan
- Manage, cleanse and grow our customer database
- Grow social channels
- Build and optimise paid media
- Build and optimise email marketing
- Set up and optimise Meta Shop and Google product listings; integrate/automate with internal systems
- Track and report performance across activity
Skills & experience
- Collaborative and proactive—comfortable working with the CEO and department leads (Service, Sales, Parts, Storage)
- Proven hands‑on digital marketing experience with measurable results
- Strong in at least two areas (and keen to learn the rest): Social (organic/paid), Google Ads, Email, E‑commerce
- Confident improving campaigns through testing, optimisation and reporting
- Strong copywriting and premium brand judgement; high attention to detail
- A genuine car enthusiast with energy, curiosity and drive
