We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and the Milton Keynes area.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and expanding the customer portfolio, maximising sales potential in designated area, ensuring stable relationships with new and existing customers.
- Establishing strategies to hit regular sales objectives, geographically, by product segment and type of customer.
- Networking and enhancing the image of the Hoffmann Group in the market.
- Continuous training and recycling in regards to both technical and process.
- Creating and delivering sales presentations and demonstrations to trigger sales.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending technical and commercial solutions.
- Preparing quotes and managing customer accounts - negotiating daily orders, projects and tenders and terms and conditions.
- Providing pre-sale technical advice, product training and post-sale services.
- Participating in regular collaboration with our technical specialists.
- Demonstrating a digital mindset - making optimal use of the digital tools provided.
- Accurately, regularly and effectively utilising our CRM system (Dynamics 365) to log purchase volume and potential, prospects, leads, appointments and other sales activities.
- Actively exchanging useful information for the development of commercial activity and continuous improvement within the commercial team and other related departments.
- Reporting to company office when required.
