At HOFF London we’re looking for a Stock Keeper who will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that the right product is available at the right time and in the right place in both of our stores in London (Regent Street and Covent Garden).

We’ll give you a deeper look into the role:

  • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure that all stock levels are accurate through regular cycle counts, stocktakes, and system updates.
  • Stockroom Organisation: Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised stockroom to facilitate efficient stock retrieval and replenishment.
  • Receiving & Processing Deliveries: Receive, unpack, and process incoming stock shipments, checking for accuracy and damages.
  • Replenishment & Floor Support: Ensure timely replenishment of the shop floor based on sales trends and stock levels, collaborating closely with Visual Merchandising and Sales teams.
  • Stock Transfers & Returns: Manage inter‑store transfers, returns to the warehouse or supplier, and stock corrections in the system.
  • Loss Prevention & Shrinkage Control: Implement and follow stock control procedures to minimise loss and support inventory audits.
  • Systems & Reporting: Use stock management systems to track movements, generate reports, and identify anomalies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Store Management, Sales, and Visual Merchandising teams to support stock availability for campaigns, launches, and peak trading periods.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in high‑volume fashion retail or premium/lifestyle brands.
  • Solid understanding of stock management systems and back‑of‑house operations.
  • Experience with stock control tools.
  • Basic training in logistics, administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised.
  • UK work permit.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks and stock handling.
