At HOFF, we’re looking to expand our Sales Assistant team in our Regent Street Store, specifically seeking profiles with a high level of Arabic.
Your mission:
- Customer Experience: Welcome, engage, and advise our customers, ensuring every visit is memorable.
- Sales Support: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and supporting in achieving store targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store’s image, keeping displays aligned with HOFF’s guidelines and standards.
- Operations: Assist with daily store operations, from stock replenishment and fitting room support to cashier duties when needed.
- Team Spirit: Collaborate with your colleagues to create an inspiring and positive atmosphere in the store.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in high-volume fashion retail or premium/lifestyle brands.
- A natural flair for customer service and sales.
- Fluent in Arabic (essential requirement).
- High level of spoken English (other languages will be highly valued).
- Interest in fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends.
- A proactive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
- Valid work permit for UK is required.
