Your Mission
The position is based in Leeds, United Kingdom, and is responsible for servicing the legal entities in the United Kingdom, Norway, and Sweden. Be the trusted finance partner ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency while actively driving performance and profitability across the UK, Norway, and Sweden.
How you will make a difference
- Act as the primary finance business partner to the Managing Director and local leadership across the UK, Norway, and Sweden, each entity having 12 to 16 employees, translating financial data into actionable insights.
- Deliver timely and accurate management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for all assigned legal entities in line with Group standards.
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, tax, audit, and statutory requirements across the UK, Norwegian, and Swedish entities.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and cost management across the organisation.
- Lead and develop the local finance team, fostering strong cross‑functional collaboration in an international environment.

- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling across different legal and regulatory frameworks.
