As an IEP Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering complex system designs from concept to completion. Your mission is to ensure every project meets approved specifications, complies with ATEX and EN standards, and exceeds client expectations. When visiting clients, you will be based at our site in Cheltenham.
How You Will Make a Difference
You’ll be the key link between clients, sales teams, engineers, and contractors—coordinating every element of the project lifecycle. From site visits and commissioning arrangements to producing detailed drawings and documentation, your work ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You Should Be Good At
- Managing projects from pre‑sales through to commissioning
- Mechanical and electrical engineering expertise
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong design understanding
- Excellent communication skills—email, phone, and face‑to‑face
- Writing clear, technical reports
- Working independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Full UK driving licence (site visits required)
It would be great if you also have
- Knowledge of ATEX requirements for hazardous areas
- Experience in bulk material handling/process environments
- Familiarity with Compex and BS EN 60079‑17

- Our salary band is £43‑48,000 per annum. However, if you are a fully experienced project manager with the right experience, salary is negotiable.
