Level 3 Baby Room Practitioner * Required for October 2026 * Full or part time Are you a passionate, nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children? We are seeking a dedicated Baby Room Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. Working within our baby rooms, you will provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-2 years, creating a warm, stimulating and secure environment where every child can thrive. You will support children's learning and development through engaging play opportunities, carefully planned experiences and responsive interactions, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will be well-qualified and energetic with vision, purpose, warmth and humour, someone who works positively with colleagues and derives satisfaction from caring for and encouraging all children. You will hold an appropriate Early Years or Child Care qualification equivalent to Level 3 and have experience of working with children from six months to four years. You will be friendly, adaptable, flexible, well organised and confident dealing with parents, staff and pupils. This role is full or part time. Greenfield Little School is a well-established, nurturing early years setting providing high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 4+ years. Operating year-round, Little School supports each child’s development and prepares them for a smooth transition into Reception in the September prior to their fifth birthday. As an integral part of Hoe Bridge School, it reflects the same ethos, combining a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a strong focus on purposeful learning and development. An appropriate Early Years or Childcare qualification at Level 3 (or equivalent) is essential. Hours: Full or part time (Monday to Friday), 52 weeks a year.
