Hoe Bridge School is currently seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join its thriving school community. A number of exciting opportunities are available for dedicated One-to-One Learning Support Assistants across a range of age groups, with both full-time and part-time positions on offer. In these roles, you will collaborate closely with teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment and your responsibilities will adapt to meet the needs of the individual pupils you are assigned to. You will have the ability to plan and create engaging activities for use during an intervention and are able to work well in a strong and focused team environment.
The school is currently finalising the structure of these roles, but will offer a competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience, together with a supportive working environment and excellent opportunities for professional development.
Candidates would benefit from having previous school experience and a Teaching Assistant Level 3 or Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.
