Hoe Bridge School is seeking a highly qualified Human Resources Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and bring vision, purpose, warmth, and a sense of humour to their work. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate positively with colleagues are essential, alongside excellent organisational and administrative capabilities. The role requires effective workload prioritisation, maintaining confidentiality, and handling situations with tact, discretion, and composure under pressure. A willingness to learn, work as part of a team, and contribute to the broader school community is vital. This is a full-time position, working five days a week during term time, plus an additional six weeks during school holidays. Flexibility is available for the right candidate.
