We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher assistant who supports children to succeed, believes in inclusive education and builds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. The role involves creating an inclusive environment where all pupils can thrive academically, socially and emotionally, working in close collaboration with teachers and staff. You will work every day 8.30 am – 12.00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Support children to succeed and uphold high expectations for every child.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Promote wellbeing for children and staff.
- Contribute positively to the Hodthorpe Family Team and act proactively to help children prepare for the future.
- Work closely with teachers and staff to create an inclusive environment.

- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required.
