The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
This is a part-time position working 8.10am - 3.40pm, supporting teachers in the teaching of our curriculum and contributing to the development of other support staff, students and school policies and strategies. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teaching staff and assist teachers in the whole planning cycles and the management/preparation of resources. They will also supervise and teach whole classes for release time or during the short-term absence of teachers.
The successful candidate will provide support for students, the teacher and the school in order to raise standards of achievement for all by utilising advanced levels of knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring, assessing and managing classes, and to encourage students to become independent learners, to provide support for their welfare, and to support the inclusion of students in all aspects of school life.
