You will join a thriving private client department, where you will have a mixed case load of probate and complex Wills. You will be required to work with your colleagues and the Directors of the company to proactively promote the department and assist with future business planning for the department and its personnel.
In order to be considered for this role, your application must reflect that you have a minimum of 4 years’ experience of directly handling a range of Probate and Will cases from start to finish with minimum supervision, including advising on and drafting of the following:
- Powers of Attorney
- Estate Planning
- Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax
