An exciting opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE. Due to recent successes, we are looking to grow our department and are seeking a Clinical Negligence solicitor with 2-4 years PQE. The successful candidate will have a passion for access to justice, and experience of inquests, psychiatric and fatal cases, and claims involving Human Rights Act issues.

HJA’s Clinical Negligence department is one of the country’s leading clinical negligence departments, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team of solicitors who are experts in their field. We want like-minded people to join us. Ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers 2023. The team was described as “very friendly, approachable, client-focused”, and whose “client care is really excellent.”

Operating from modern Central London premises, HJA is a highly regarded firm and we provide our Solicitors with good prospects, training and IT facilities.
