We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigator with the ability to handle a mixed caseload of personal injury matters. The caseload will consist of a mixture of EL, PL cases, some RTA cases, with an emphasis on Fast Track work with the opportunity to undertake intermediate track work and some Multi Track work for the right candidate. HJA has a national reputation and we provide our solicitors with varied, challenging caseloads which frequently include high profile cases. There is flexibility for hybrid working, once fully trained.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be an excellent litigator with good communication skills and be able to work in a team and as an individual. An excellent track record in the field of personal injury litigation is essential along with experience of using all MOJ portals. The candidate must have the ability to use a case management system to manage and prioritize a high caseload. The right applicant will be committed to assisting us in providing an excellent service to our clients and will be an integral part of the team.
