We are looking to recruit a permanent, full-time, Senior Paralegal with an excellent track record in the field of personal injury litigation to assist two Partners with their busy multi-track litigated caseloads. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Client and third-party contact
  • Attending meetings and taking notes
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Preparing court documents and applications
  • Reviewing medical records and reports
  • Conducting quantum and general research
  • Preparing schedules of loss
  • Drafting witness statements
  • General administrative duties such as photocopying, collating court bundles, diary management, and processing invoices

Requirements:

  • Good experience in a supporting litigation role
  • Excellent litigator with good attention to detail
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deal effectively with deadlines
  • Quick learner with experience of a case management system

Applicants must have at least three years' relevant personal injury experience and demonstrable experience of assisting senior fee earners with multi-track personal injury cases across a broad range of matters. The right applicant will be committed to assisting us in providing an excellent service to our clients and will be an integral part of the team.
