We are seeking a Medical Negligence Solicitor with 2 to 4 years post-qualification experience to join our dynamic Medical Negligence team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in medical negligence litigation with strong advocacy, negotiation, and client communication skills. A good understanding of related legal issues such as inquests and the Human Rights Act is desirable. Commitment to high quality client care and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively are essential. Experience working collaboratively in a team environment is required.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, handling medical negligence claims including inquests, psychiatric and fatal cases, and cases involving Human Rights Act claims.
