Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors is a firm committed to social justice, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Housing Solicitor with 1 to 4 years of post‑qualification experience to join our esteemed Housing team. The successful candidate will be joining a well‑established and growing department with a national reputation. They will be proactive and dedicated to delivering excellent client care. They will also have the ability to manage a busy and varied workload, working independently and as part of a team. Our Housing department is renowned for its dedication to fighting for the rights of tenants, and we take pride in our client‑focused approach. Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have experience of working with cases under legal aid, CFA and private work, particularly on disrepair claims, homelessness appeals, possession claims and housing‑related judicial review challenges.
- A commitment to social justice, a proactive approach to client care, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential attributes for this role.
