We are currently seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 0 to 2 years post-qualification experience to join our dynamic team. The role will involve assisting senior members of the team with their varied civil litigation caseloads, alongside managing your own files. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and experienced team, whilst contributing to complex and interesting cases. This role involves a high degree of client contact and a proactive approach to marketing and business development. Requirements
- Experience in general civil litigation
- Experience with all funding arrangements including private, CFA and LEI
- Experience in at least one of the following disciplines:
- Contentious probate
- Professional negligence
- Property disputes
- Good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a busy and varied caseload effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
- Commitment to providing exceptional client care and upholding the firm's ethical standards
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
