We are currently seeking a Medical Negligence Solicitor with 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience to join our renowned Medical Negligence Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse and challenging caseload that includes a range of clinical negligence cases, particularly focusing on inquests, psychiatric and fatal cases, and claims involving Human Rights Act issues.
You will work alongside a highly experienced team, managing your own caseload and contributing to the development of the department. The role is suitable for solicitors with a genuine passion for access to justice and a track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have strong advocacy skills and a comprehensive understanding of Medical Negligence law and procedures. High levels of empathy and client care are essential, as is the ability to handle sensitive cases with compassion. Experience in complex Medical Negligence claims, excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A commitment to upholding the rights of individuals and providing exceptional service to clients is essential.
