Hodge Jones & Allen LLP are looking to recruit a Legal Assistant to work with the fee earners in the Clinical Negligence department.
This is an office based, administrative role working within a busy and friendly team.
Among other tasks, the role will include printing and scanning documents, filing, and photocopying, collating and paginating records.
In addition you will be expected to help with taking new enquiries from potential clients.
- You will need to have good administrative and literacy skills, be methodical, be able to work in a team and on your own initiative, and have a flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
- Working in an organised manner, paying attention to detail and good time management are important.
- Good computer skills are essential
- Previous administrative experience in a legal role.
- Relevant legal qualifications, such as LLB, LLM, LPC, SQE etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
