To lead and manage the planning, administration, and delivery of all internal and external examinations, ensuring full compliance with awarding body regulations and safeguarding requirements. Oversee the organisation and delivery of public examinations (e.g. GCSEs, mocks) in line with JCQ and awarding body regulations. Act as the main point of contact for examination boards and internal stakeholders. Manage exam timetables, entries, access arrangements, and results processes. Ensure the secure handling of examination materials and confidential data. Line manage and support invigilators, including recruitment, training, and deployment. Resolve examination‑related issues and irregularities, escalating where required.
