About You
We are seeking to appoint excellent classroom practitioners with interests and experiences in any of the primary phases, including EYFS. We are looking for teachers who:
- Are highly-motivated and will develop an engaging, imaginative, and inclusive learning environment in which all pupils can thrive;
- Will be an effective team member with high expectations of themselves and their pupils, demonstrating a strong commitment to raising achievement for all;
- Are highly effective teachers of Phonics; ideally having experience of the Read Write Inc Programme;
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team, contributing positively to whole-school development;
- Have a commitment and drive to improve outcomes for all pupils including those who are disadvantaged;
- Have up-to-date knowledge of effective teaching and learning strategies, and can confidently deliver adaptive teaching for a wide range of needs;
- Are committed to their own professional development;
