The Person Skills
We are looking for engineers or technicians with a solid background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering, who are comfortable working independently in the field. We welcome applicants with experience in:
- Agricultural Engineering
- Armed Forces (REME or similar)
- Automotive (Vehicle Technicians)
- Plant / Construction Equipment
- HGV / LGV Technicians
- Access Hire
- Roadside Recovery
Experience with hydraulics, battery-powered, or electric trucks/cars would be an advantage.
The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will:
- Service, maintain, and repair a range of forklifts at customer sites
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company on-site
- Manage your own workload effectively while keeping accurate service records
You'll be provided with specialist tools, a fully equipped service van, and full manufacturer-backed training.
The Package
Salary: Up to £35k basic (DOE) £45k OTE
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hrs)
