You will plan and run workshops, elicit and document requirements, and coordinate UAT and sign-off with technical teams. You’ll produce SOPs, guide training and help ensure successful delivery of publishing IT initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with solid analytical skills, experience in transformation projects, and a good grasp of publishing finance and royalties processes.
