The Role
As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers move home, providing first-class service throughout the sales process.
Your responsibilities will include
- Registering applicants and matching buyers with suitable properties.
- Arranging and conducting accompanied viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
- Progressing agreed sales through to exchange of contracts.
- Providing regular communication and updates to buyers, sellers and solicitors.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and generating repeat business.
- Working closely with our valuers to maximise every opportunity.
Many experienced negotiators aspire to become valuers but are rarely given the opportunity.
