Pertemps Derby is looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by results and proud to work within our award-winning branch.

Responsibilities- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with warm clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
- Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Proven experience in a customer focused role, sales, recruitment, or a target-driven environment (recruitment experience preferred but not essential)
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
