Pay Rate: £21.50 per hour PAYE

Hours: 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Start Date: Monday 3rd November 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily site operations and ensuring work runs to schedule.
• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors.
• Maintaining site safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Liaising with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 (preferred)
• Valid CSCS Card
• First Aid qualification (preferred)
• Previous experience managing civils and tarmac projects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
