HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction Limited is a leading international civil engineering company, specialising in complex market segments such as Transportation, Energy, Tunnelling, Building, Civil and Structural Engineering.
We are currently looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Senior Estimator to join our Sellafield IDP project. Within the role you will be responsible for the preparation of detailed and accurate pricing for tenders and supporting Clients with pricing support for early contractor involvement projects.
Please note that this role will be office based 5 days per week until successful completion of your probationary period where you can then apply to work from home 1 day per week.
It is essential that you have sound knowledge of civil engineering and construction techniques and have previous experience of preparing project programmes for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor using planning software and applications. Knowledge of relevant procurement legislation and commercial awareness of different forms of contract are also required.
Sound knowledge of the HOCHTIEF governance and procedural requirements for work winning and detailed knowledge of estimating software packages are essential for this role.
