Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week) £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) Swindon Head Office or London Paddington Office.

About the role

We are looking to expand our Work Winning team with skilled and enthusiastic individuals to deliver various tenders across the UK. The team are now looking for a Planner to join them on a permanent basis to be based from either our London Paddington or Swindon Head Office. You will provide support to bid teams through the provision of an efficient and effective planning, scheduling and planning deliverables function for any work type and any value, and subsequently contribute to post tender negotiations and handover to the project team. The role will also require you to have an understanding of the introduction and evaluation of risk in programmes and have experience of using appropriate methods to check programme robustness. Please note that this role will be office based 5 days a week until successful completion of the 6 month probationary period where you can apply to work from home 1 day per week.

About you

It is essential that you have sound knowledge of civil engineering and construction techniques and of relevant procurement legislation. Commercial awareness of different forms of contracts is also required along with a detailed knowledge of estimating software packages.
