Estimator in Swindon, Wiltshire

Full Time (37.5 hours per week) £70,000 per annum (plus a company vehicle/car allowance)

HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction Limited is a leading international civil engineering company, specialising in complex market segments such as Transportation, Energy, Tunnelling, Building, Civil and Structural Engineering.

We are looking to expand our Work Winning team with a skilled and enthusiastic Estimator to be based in our Head Office in Swindon, Wiltshire.

The role will require you to assist with the preparations of detailed and accurate pricing for tenders and support Clients with pricing support for early contractor involvement projects. You will also be responsible for preparing final pricing documentation for inclusion with tender submissions and, where possible, ensuring pricing maintains a positive cash flow throughout the project.

You will have an awareness of different forms of contract and a detailed knowledge of estimating software packages.

Please note that this is a full time office based role and will be working from our Swindon Head Office 5 days a week until successful completion of your probationary period where you can then apply to work from home 1 day per week.
